Customers are participating in classes at their own risk. Neither Shine On nor the location of the class is responsible for any harm or injuries that may occur.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. If you cannot attend your event, please reach out and we will work with you to exchange your ticket for a future class.

Repairs

If you damage your piece after you leave class, we are happy to help you repair it. Charges for repairs will include any necessary materials and a small fee for labor. A cost estimate will be provided to you before the repair is completed.
